So the best credit you could give Robert Patrick after T2 was The Marine?

X FILES

Balls of Fury? Fire in the Sky? The Faculty? Ladder 49?
Most of the movies he’s been in have been either bit parts that probably no one remembers or utter crap. So I went with the cheesiest on the list.
Edited to add: I don’t necessarily think he’s a bad actor or anything … he jut hasn’t been in a lot of great movies. FWIW, he was probably the best part of The Marine.

I’d say X-Files and Lost are pretty significant.
OK, he was only in one episode of Lost, and a bit part at that. That’s still a better credit than just about anything anyone else has ever been in though. That’s including X-Files, which had gone downhill by that time. Not Mr. Patrick’s fault though. He was good.
Getting back on topic… So why was JL/JLU cancelled when “THE Batman” has pretty much become a show featuring the various JLA members anyhow? At least JL/JLU was (usually) really well written and (always) had great animation. “THE Batman” really doesn’t have much of either.

Umm, Robert Patrick had a pretty important role in “Walk the Line.” It’s not fair that he’s been relegated to “The Marine.”

little known fact (and not relevant to his career) is that he is also the brother of richard patrick–frontman for filter and former guitarist for NIN.
hawkman looks good.
i saw his action figure at wal-mart.
very cool design.

I’ve been a fan of Robert Patrick’s since T2.
He’s also had roles in the Soprano’s and the movie Copland.
One of his first roles (before T2) was a blink-and-you-miss-it part as one of the terrorists killed in the airport terminal in Die Hard 2…

I do admit that THE BATMAN and TEEN TITANS are the closest to anime that DC will ever do. It’s not like the classic 1992-99 animated series, but it has its charm. If another SUPERMAN/JLA series spins off from this, I’m in.
Robert Patrick as the voice of HAWKMAN? I can’t hear it. Personally I would’ve brought back James Remar, but he’ll do. Yet of all the lisiting of his work, some folks forget he’s in THE UNIT.
BTW, if there are any Gold Key/Valiant fans in the place, check out the TUROK DVD. It is hot! Props to Tad Stones, Tony Bedard and the folks. Hope they’ll do something with MAGNUS, DR. SOLAR or even hit up John Carbonaro to do THUNDER Agent.

I was just going to mention The Unit. I’ve always liked Robert Patrick, nice guy and was a good replacement for Duchovny. Dogget was certainly tougher then Mulder.

Robert Patrick also had a small role in “We Are Marshall”
February 7th, 2008 at 1:07 pm
He was also in early episodes of “The Sopranos” and the first Spy Kids film.
February 7th, 2008 at 3:31 pm
He also had a hilarious cameo in the first “Wayne’s World” movie

I LOVE HAWKMAN, please bring his comic series back!

The Faculty ruled.
