On her blog, Tor Books art director Irene Gallo previews artist Tomer Hanuka‘s cover for The Darker Mask: Heroes From the Shadows anthology. The collection of contemporary superhero stories is due from the publisher in August.

Sounds very interesting, any sample pages or excerpts to share? What if someone wanted to submit stuff for say a second edition? Just curious.

Didn’t Chambers or G.Phillips post something on this a few months ago? I think there are other writers (Latino, Asian) in this, too.
Walter Mosley and Steven Barnes are doing sci fi now also.
