For those who’ve been paying attention at home – Frank Cho has finally finished Mighty Avengers #6:
Just wanted to let you fellas know that I just turned in my last Mighty Avengers #6 page in. Hoo-HAH!
That’s right, Mighty Avengers #6 is done and being shipped over to Jason Keith to color.
Thank you all for your patience and all the support. And big thanks to Brian for writing one of the best comic stories that I had the pleasure of working on, and not canning my ass for the delays.
Hoo-Hah indeed.

Maybe Brian should have canned his ass for the delays.
Mighty is so behind New Avengers that we already Know what will happen in the next volume, ans still we don’t know how Tony will lose the boobs and get back his dangling bits

Cho joins the growing ranks of “unprofessionals” who routinely torpedo the success and momentum of various high profile books. I think it would do the industry good for some of these guys to actually GET canned once in awhile. Someone needs to be made an example of…and maybe when others see chronically late writers or artists shown the door, the rest of them will finally start getting the message that a job is a job….not a hobby.

Good fucking riddance, I say. Put Ron Lim on the book after Bagley: dude knows how to tell a story, draw sexy women, and turn his pencils in on time.

Couldn’t agree more. Cho made a huge deal about how committed he was to this book and how seriously he was taking the job, and he was barely able to finish six issues for a story that takes place in ONE DAY. Every related comic storyline has already come and gone in the time it took Cho to draw those six issues. Why even bother buying it, I ask you?
Pathetic. I never bought any of his work before, and I certainly won’t do so again.
