		<description>I don't get this- fine, the company has had "issues", spam, etc.  But, why completely ignore the customers- sift through the spam- I'm guessing your e-mail isn't "hotsexy69@gmail.com" and you were promised a reply, and, again, you're ignored.

And, why the heck didn't you receive a "proper reply" the first time around?  I'm assuming this isn't a brand new problem regarding an order you placed 3 days ago, so why make you wait any longer?

You know what I think- I think silver bullet is avoiding the problem 'cause they know they don't have any solutions.  They have your money and that's all that matters.  If that weren't the case, they would actually start replying to all of these complaints.

BTW, anyone checked out their BBB page recently?!  17 unresolved complaints w/ 7 sitting there waiting to be added to that same pile.  What a rip.</description>

		<description>Just to clarify. My anger is not directed at this article, only the bloggers who seem to discredit all those customers who have complained over these past several months. Ssalefish may have been rumor mongering, embelishing or making up things. but that did not change the facts that several of us have waited way too long to be made whole by this retailer.

My appologies to JK Parkin and anyone at Newsarama who felt that I was accusing them of being part of the "SBC Hype Machine". They have provided many of us valuable information concerning this affair as it has unfolded.</description>

Why not start a regular spotlight story on local comic shops that have managed to stay in business as retail stores and actually provide quality customer service to their patrons?</description>
