24 Hour Comics Day

I took in some of the going-ons of this year’s 24 Hour Comics Day, held at Happy Harbor comics in Edmonton, Canada.

Pre-Show
Aaaaglluuuughhkk! Paperwork!

The day isn't complete without a token Brit in attendance.

AWESOMETOWN!

1st Hour
Ready, set, GO!

The computer corner.

Vertigo artist Fiona Staples is also attending the Edmonton event.

2nd hour
Andrew Foley, aren't you a writer dude?

4th Hour
This man broke his drawing hand a few days ago and still came out.

Colorist Dean Welsh brought his 24" monitor. Don't leave home without it.

11th Hour
Sushi courtesy Blog@Newsarma's Stephanie Chan and good for the soul Catherine J.

The 11th hour sushi was quicky swarmed and devoured.

12th Hour
The computer corner also had a printer on hand.

The true secret to a great comic is a great fez.

Rob Jervic's comic is really coming along.

Top of the 13th Hour
