A lot of people might not appreciate this, but Kym Barret is joining Wolverine as the costume designer.
Born in Brisbane, Australia, Barrett has enjoyed a long and creative collaboration with the Wachowski brothers. Together they’ve worked on the blockbuster ‘Matrix’ series and the upcoming Speed Racer. Her other costume design credits cover a wide range of feature films for some of the industry’s most acclaimed filmakers, including Baz Luhrmann’s Romeo + Juliet, Three Kings, Eragon, and Gothika starring Halle Berry.
Awesome background, right? Costume design makes or breaks a series; The Matrix wouldn’t have been The Matrix without the look. This movie just sounds better and better.

Lots of things make or break a movie. There are tons of things that all have to be done well to make a movie be even halfway decent. Many of the bad movies I’ve seen actually got a lot of things right, it was just hard to notice those things because the bad stuff was so distracting.
