Heh…my friend month’s ago at his old junk collecting job found a first edition of this book from the 50s. I was shock to see it republished because I though it would have been long forgotten. Its is really beautiful.

Uhershep, what you have there is one of Maudlin’s (many) original books, and wonderful they all are, but this is a brand-new anthology of the complete Willie & Joe cartoons. This book boxed set has not been published before, although it features many of the classic cartoons you’ve probably got in your book (plus much much more).
Think of it this way: those Calvin and Hobbes paperbacks, and then the big Complete Calvin and Hobbes boxed set. Same comparison.
