Gemstone Publishing, part of Diamond’s huge media empire, is moving their base of operations, along with other Geppi-related companies, from Timonium, Md., where one of my more nefarious ex-girlfriends once resided, to York, Pa., which is only a half-hour away from my current residence:
In conjunction with this move, Geppi announced that his Diamond International Galleries, its Hake’s Americana & Collectibles and Morphy Auctions units, and sister company Gemstone Publishing will be incorporated under the new Geppi Entertainment banner. While Morphy Auctions remains in its Denver, Pennsylvania location, the other companies are relocating to York, PA effective the first week of October 2007.
“This is an exciting period. I’m very happy to announce this transition,” Geppi said. “Geppi Entertainment brings together under one brand the efforts we have been putting forward in a number of categories designed to promote the history of popular culture.”
