RetroCRUSH counts down the 20 “Coolest Superhero Costumes.” (Well, the male superheroes, at least; the women will get their due shortly.) Most of the choices I can agree with: The Golden Age Sandman, The Rocketeer, Captain Marvel (the Shazam! one), Doctor Strange, Batman — all classic, relatively timeless designs. But The Phantom? Marvel’s green-helmeted Captain Marvel? Aquaman?
