The Lower Hudson Valley’s Journal News spotlights legendary penciler and inker Dick Ayers who, at age 83, was inducted this year into the Will Eisner Comic Industry Awards Hall of Fame.
Ayers recounts his 60-year comics career working on such titles as Two-Gun Kid, The Avengers and Scalphunter, and notes the difference between DC and Marvel: “”DC was business, Marvel was fun.”
