Seeing this Karl Kerschl cover for DC’s upcoming Teen Titans Year One miniseries makes me unspeakably happy.

That’s the first time I’ve ever seen Aqualad actually look like a fish… but it’s a cool cover. I didn’t even flinch at Kid Flash’s costume.

Aqualad likes turtles!

Let’s see - Donna looks like Cassie (Cain), Wally looks like Bart, Garth looks like - some sort of elf (or Skrull! Skrull!). (And Barry’s rockin’ the shades.) Where’s Roy? (Bring on the junkie jokes…)
Still, any chance to see the real Aquaman, I’m there.

Wow, they actually look like teenagers instead of twenty-somethings. Weird.

Speedy wasn’t part of the team at first, at least in the first volume of the Showcase collection.
