IDW to publish tie-ins to Igor animated movie: IDW Publishing will publish a series of miniseries tied to Exodus Film Group’s CG-animated movie, Igor, a comedy about a hunch-backed lab assistant who dreams of becoming a mad scientist. The film features an all-star cast, including Steve Buscemi, John Cleese, Jay Leno and Christian Slater.

Filmmaker Ed Burns joins Virgin Comics imprint: Variety mentioned actor-filmmaker Ed Burns in passing in its article about Guy Ritchie’s Gamekeeper, but now Virgin Comics makes it official: The publisher will add Burns’ Dock Walloper to its Director’s Cut imprint.
