Road to San Diego: Saturday sellout, booth schedules

Lots of news and info as we’re getting closer to D-Day. This will be the first of two posts on SDCC activities for today.

First up, DC Comics will hand out blank postcards to fans at the DC booth, asking them to draw something on it, then mail it back to them for publishing on the Zuda Comics website. They’ve already received Jim Lee’s postcard (above).

Saturday sells out

First it was four-day memberships; now Saturday single-day memberships for this week’s San Diego Comic-Con have sold out. “We were pretty sure this would happen, and it has,” said SDCC’s David Glanzer.

If I wasn’t getting paid to be there, I’d probably skip Saturday entirely and head to the beach, because it will be packed …

Marvel’s Comic-Con Central
