Moore, Clowes, Spiegelman on the Simpsons Oct. 7

Entertainment Weekly reports that the Oct. 7 episode of The Simpsons will feature the voices of Maus creator Art Spiegelman, Eightball creator Dan Clowes and Watchmen creator Alan Moore.

In that episode, “Coolsville Comics & Toys,” run by the Jack Black-voiced Milo, opens in Springfield and offers Comic Book Guy some competition. The mothership reported on the news some time back, at least the Alan Moore part. Moore is a longtime fan of The Simpsons and South Park.

    Me too. I’ve been wanting to stop watching Simpsons because it’s gone so far downhill, and have been sitting through the episodes waiting for this one, under the impression it was going to be on last season.
