Laura Hudson over at Myriad Issues will be posting reviews today every hour on the hour:
Why? Well, June was a difficult month, and between wrapping the first issue of Comic Foundry, starting a new job, working at MoCCA and doing roughly a quadrillion different things, I’ve been forced to neglect other rather important parts of my life, such as seeing friends, cleaning my room, posting on this blog, and reading comics. Yes, it’s somewhat ironic that my world-enveloping devotion to comic books should get in the way of actually reading them or talking about them, but such is the long, recurring joke of life.
I’ve acquired a lot of comics and GNs over the last month that I want to write about, but just haven’t had the time. In fact, I have a huge stack of material like this sitting next to my bed, which each day fills me anew with guilt and regret. As I am given to grandiose devotional gestures as a method of problem-solving, I’ve decided that drastic action is now necessary to reaffirm my commitment to comics.
So check out her blog today to find out what she thinks about All Star Superman, Fun Home, Black Summer and New Avengers/Transformers, among others … or to just watch her slowly go mad.
