		<description>Awesome. I love public &#039;guerilla art&#039; projects like this. When I lived in NYC, there was an artust who&#039;d gained permission from the city gov. to mosaic street signposts. I&#039;d love to do that in Manila or Indonesia- maybe using bits of broken cd&#039;s and dvd&#039;s and assorted broken pottery.</description>
