The Bendis Board looks at the new Wizard site and speaks the truth:
“WTF? Wizard thinks this is a good website design? their new website background looks like someone dropped it into a dirty public urinal.”
“I think the dumpster background is appropriate.”
“Oooooh… It’s so gritty and hardcore. For some reason I’m gripped with the unrelenting urge to overpay for a copy of Cap #25… It must be working.”
“I hate it. I’m not going back until they fix it, have no idea how to navigate around either.”

Was anyone expecting much? It looks like some kind of fighting site, with the street motif and the IFL ads.

So that’s why the old site doesn’t work anymore. Was there an announcement that I missed?
And the new site is pretty bad. Not only is it unattractive, but navigation is clumsy.

Oh, and having video on the front page is annoying.

Oh my god – What 12 year old designed that website?
Looks like someone threw a bunch of crap on teh ground and peed on it.

Wow. I was told that Wizard hired some kind of website designing firm to give them a face-lift.
After visiting that website, I feel like I just got a shot of Tara Reid’s tits after that butcher of a plastic surgeon got a hold of them two years ago.
Also, another thing I’ve heard is that Gareb is completely immersed in the IFL stuff. In two years of working there, my buddy has met Gareb once and seen him in the building…twice.
Sucks to be Wizard.

On the bright side, it’s not nearly as bad as MTV’s Flash redesign botch job from last year.
And THAT’S setting the bar pretty low.

Wow. That, honestly, is very bad. Not only is an assault on the senses, but it’s incredibly difficult to navigate.
Bad Wizard! Bad!
