Wicked sense of humor

Quickdfw.com has a quick review up of Marvel’s recent and excellent Dr. Strange: The Oath mini-series:

When Strange learns that his servant has an inoperable brain tumor, he searches for a remedy. What he finds leads to revelations about Strange’s origin, questions of medical ethics and commentary on the pharmaceutical industry.

If that all sounds a bit heavy for a comic book, rest assured that there’s also plenty of action, suspense and even comedy. Most writers portray Strange as a man whose head is so far up in the clouds that he doesn’t get many jokes, but Vaughan gives him a wicked sense of humor.

The trade is scheduled to come out May 23.

This mini-series was indeed excellent. Perfectly paced and scripted. What’re the chances of Vaughn doing an ongoing?
