Lost will comeback in February and ran 16 straight weeks that had already being announced last week. According to journalists that were at the upfronts when asked about Lost the ABC execs were pretty straight: they would like to bring it back on Wednesdays but if Pushing Daisies and Dirty Sexy Money do well, they are more than willing to put it in a different day. My guess is that if Pushing Daisies does well (I'm guessing that giving that NBC has a quirky procedural against CSI:NY that Dirty Sexy Money will have a easy job to remain at a confortable #2 on its slot), Lost will ended up at either Tuesdays 8PM or Thurdays 10PM.

I can't believe they are really going to make a show based on those Geico caveman commercials. Does no one remember the horror that was Baby Bob?

Pushing Daisies. Can. Not. Wait.

Getting diluted Bryan Fuller goodness on Heroes was nice, but I'm ready for a series that's fully Fuller's vision.

Private Practice isn't a guaranteed hit. Grey's audience is at that vocally frustrated point that comes before dropping viewers and the early online reactions to Practice was negative.

Besides, that show has two showkillers in the cast with Taye Diggs and Tim Daly.

If both shows are big hits, though, I wouldn't be surprised if ABC went back on its Lost promises, especially since nothing on that night sounds like it would make a good companion to Lost.

Interesting to ponder:

-Private Practice, the spinoff to Grey's Anatomy, is scheduled for 9:00 on Wednesdays.

-Lost has been promised either the 9:00 or 8:00 slot on Wednesdays when it returns in January.

Since Private Practice will likely be a hit and ABC thus probably will be loath to move its timeslot, that means Lost may have its earliest start time ever and that Pushing Daisies (the quirky drama currently scheduled for 8:00 on Wednesdays) could be buried before it even takes off.

One of the Bionic Woman writers/producers is Laeta Kalogridis, who worked in the same roles on the Birds of Prey show.
