Arizona may have gotten the short end of the stick in the Fifty-State Initiative. Phoenix’s KPNX News reports on Citizen Prime, a 40-something anti-crime activist who patrols the city streets while wearing a $4,000 superhero outfit.

Don’t be too quick to laugh, though. Citizen Prime already has a leg up on Captain America: He has his own MySpace page.
