Usmagazine.com looks at the international posters for Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer and wonders whether Jessica Alba was subjected to the Photoshop treatment:
As expected, Alba … sports her character’s trademark blue eyes and blonde hair, but what was surprising was the fact that the actress’ tawny skin tone appeared to have been lightened by several shades and her jaw line had been slimmed.
The result was more along the lines of a Denise Richards/Claire Forlani hybrid.
Although no studio representatives would comment, “insiders” say the image wasn’t doctored.

Not even doctored? What a laugh! Nowadays there isn’t a photograph put out to the public that isn’t doctored and retouched to death. Couple that with the fact that the FF posters look more like illustrations than photographs to begin with, the very idea that an “insider” would claim that it’s not doctored is hilarious.

Barely looks like her.

Jessia Alba hasn’t looked like Jessica Alba in ANY pictures I’ve seen from this movie. I expect a little bit of photoshopping to take place on the posters; they are supposed to have that “impossible-to-be-true” look. But on publicity stills? People have told me that she’s wearing make-up and that it’ll all make sense when we see the movie… Maybe she’ll be photoshopped into a cloud-like being?

I’m amazed they didn’t find a way to squeeze her ass in there.

as Michael said, all promo images are doctored. Though perhaps in this case Alba was “doctored” with beforehand and the image didn’t have to be edited in those areas.

Gah, she’s much more attractive with her natural look.
