Catastrophe comes to an end.

April 16th, 2007
Author Graeme McMillan

Possibly only of interest to myself and Shawn Hoke, but news comes from Kevin Huizenga’s blog that USS Catastrophe’s online minicomics store is to close soon:

We’ll be shutting down the Cat Shop soon. More details soon, if necessary, and checks in the mail. Looking for new ways to squander our time in a good way. New younger cartoonists closer to the toner are needed to setup, agonize, box up, ship, and a half. Others: Buenaventura, New Bodega, Global Hobo, P—sheet, etc.

For those who have no idea what Kevin is talking about – Go here while you still can:

Hello there! I know this is kind of off topic but I was wondering which blog platform are you using for this website? I’m getting tired of WordPress because I’ve had issues with hackers and I’m looking at alternatives for another platform. I would be great if you could point me in the direction of a good platform.
