Gaiman gets Googled

If you haven’t seen the “Neil Gaiman” show at a book signing, reading or convention appearance, you’re in for a real treat. Among the longer videos in this series of Authors@Google lectures features the Sandman muse reading from his most recent collection of short stories and poems, Fragile Things.

Enjoy Gaiman’s reading of The Day the Saucers Came and Inventing Aladdin here, then “burbling” with his audience in his always gracious and entertaining style.

‘Preciate the mention, as one of the reasons Neil agreed to speak was that since the Fragile Things tour was very limited, putting this up on Google Video would let folk who weren’t in the few tour stops see him.

And, while I’m biased as a member of the Authors@Google team, it’s well worth looking through the entire set of videos. We’ve been fortunate enough to get some very interesting and talented folk in as part of the program.
