Not all, a freind who got the press release and then watched for more clarification, said it was only CW, Frontline, and select tie-ins. Not really intended for comic readers. Suppose to be made for places like Borders and the now follower of the comics from month to month.

Said press release was more quotes praising CW than actual info.

So still a money grab......just not a chronicle that will do anything for us fans of comics I am afraid.

What, *all* of CIVIL WAR? Including all the tie-in issues? That sounds like a recipe for disaster, to be honest. The continuity glitches were glaring enough to start with. I'm not at all convinced that it'll read any better in this form.

Excellent. So now the vital bits of CW (e.g., why are Spidey and Iron Man fighting, I though they were friends now?) that only appeared in the tie-in titles will actually be part of the main story.

Reprinting is not rewriting IMO. Way I read it they are taking all the story, everything, Chopping it up, and then placing all parts in the chronological order they occurred.

So, yeah, the parts that don't fit with the main title will be placed right there beside the rest. I bet this thing will be more confusing now that I think about how they stated at Marvel that they let tie-in writers interpret things their way and that CW was the mainand real story.

Maybe this is the strongest commentary for the need of stronger continuity.

A new side to the event? But but but... I already picked my side! You wanted to know whose side I was on and I picked one! Don't be throwing in more sides now! I'm so confused...

Does this mean they're going to show all the JMS stuff that directly contradicts the main event together? No more sides!

A snarky person might suggest that Marvel is still trying to explain to those of us that did not feel that the story made sense just how "good" this comic event was, but another might see it as a genius marketing ploy to squeeze more money out of the now ended event.

But isn't this really just a reprint in a different way? Is there even going to be new content?

Interesting that it is happening I guess.
