		<description>I believe the Fantagraphics/Ellison lawsuit stems from an incident that&#039;s almost twenty years old.

Any liability insurance that Fantagraphics has now may not cover previous bad acts.

That being said, I personally won&#039;t be contributing.  From the various accounts I&#039;ve read on the Internet, I&#039;m more pro-Ellison.</description>
