On his LiveJournal, cartoonist Evan Dorkin posts rough layouts from Metal Men: Metal Mania, his long-anticipated but, unfortunately, never-released miniseries for DC Comics.

Dorkin says in the comments that, “basically, MM was the only involved comics project I had yanked out from under me that was actually moving ahead. And I really, really liked what I was doing on it. Which probably means it stunk, so maybe DC did me a favor.”
