Tokyopop has opened the voting for the seventh Rising Stars of Manga competition’s People’s Choice Award.

Registered users of Tokyopop.com may for one of 24 entries selected from among the RSOM entries. The winner will be published in the forthcoming Rising Stars of Manga anthology and receive a $500 prize. Voting ends on March 12.
