One unfortunate tidbit that escaped the notice of many comics bloggers, but not Johanna Draper Carlson, because it pertains to an indy book and not one majors: The award-winning Action Philosophers, one of my newest and favorite finds from Fred Van Lente and Ryan Dunlavey will end with issue #9.
Don’t despair, as the dynamic duo have a new project on tap called Comic Book Comics. Can’t wait…

Well, I knew it was ending. I mentioned it today when I reviewed this issue. And the reason, perhaps, that comic bloggers haven’t mentioned it recently is because it’s not really news – it was announced months ago that it was ending! It still makes me sad, even though I’ve had time to get used to it.
