I’ve seen some commentary on the new Shazam!: The Monster Society of Evil book online over the last couple of days, but one thing people haven’t been addressing is the all-important question: how the heck do we translate the secret message at the end of the book?
Well, dccomics.com has the hookup. Just go here to find the secret code decoder box. You can also use it to encode your own messages, like I did with this one: YOLT@MVDHZIZNZ. See if you can figure that one out …

Just looking at that, which probably says Blog@Newsarama, I am guessing the code is:
The first letter of the alphabet is exchanged with the last, the second with the second to last, third with third to last, and so on.
A = Z
B = Y
C = X
etc.
Am I close?

Kenny, I “decoded” it the same way. It’s the simplest code after the one that just shifts the letters one space to the right (or left; depends on how you define the shift). That one is A=B, B=C, C=D, … AND Z=A.
Simple, juvenile fun: the type of thing that should be included in a Captain Marvel story.
