If you happen to be in Seattle this weekend, you may want to pop on over to the Fantagraphics store, where they will be launching a brand new exhibit showcasing 25 years of that seminal Hernandez brothers’ series, “Love and Rockets.”
The show, which runs until March 7, will have its gala opening from 5 to 8 p.m. Saturday. Then on Sunday from 1-3 p.m., Fantagraphics publisher Gary Groth will join Los Bros at the store for a discussion of their work. Book signings will follow both events.
The press release doesn’t say much about what art will be featured in the exhibit, but I imagine it will cover Jamie and Gilbert’s careers pretty well. You can read more about the whole shindig here.
