Via the paper two towns over from me, The Lancaster New Era, comes this profile of cartoonist Mike Witmer, whose daily strip, 44 Union Avenue, has just been picked up by Universal’s GoComics.com Web site.
At “44 Union Avenue — where the scariest people are your friends,” Witmer writes on his MySpace Web site, an advice columnist and single mother of two doles out parenting advice but lives in perpetual confusion when it comes to her own kids.
Congratulations to Mr. Witmer. Always nice to see local folks make good.
