Peter David talks about what it’s been like working on what may be 2007′s most anticipated book, The Dark Tower:
The dialogued scenes that correspond to the book are cued to the dialogue that was in the book… On the other hand, I don’t have room for all of it, so I had to edit it. So hi, my name’s Peter David, and I’m editing Stephen fricking King. Not too much pressure. For all I know he’s going to be sitting there going, ‘Why the hell did this idiot leave that particular line of dialogue out? That was, in fact, the key moment.’
