NBC’s hit series Heroes has been nominated for two Golden Globe Awards, one for best TV drama and another for best supporting actor to Masi (Hiro) Oka.
Heroes is up against 24, Big Love, Grey’s Anatomy and Lost. Oka faces stiff competition in the best supporting actor category, which encompasses series, miniseries and TV movies: Thomas Haden Church (Broken Trail); Jeremy Irons (Elizabeth I); Justin Kirk (Weeds); and Jeremy Piven (Entourage).
Guillermo del Toro’s Pan’s Labyrinth received a nomination for best foreign-language film. The nominations were announced this morning in Beverly Hills, Calif. The winners will be announced on Jan. 15.
