I’m linking to this article from the Daily Southtown not because we need a link to another article on how popular Heroes is, but because of the opening:
Jessica Roubik, 16, wishes she could read people’s minds. The Palos Hills teen figures it would cut down on miscommunication.
Fran Mittermann, 54, would ‘t mind having super speed. “There’s never enough time to get everything done,” said the Evergreen Park railroad worker. “Heck, I could work another job and make more money.”
Laura Bronkhorst, 21, would love to have super strength, invulnerability and the ability to teleport from one place to another. “But if I could only have one superpower,” said the Orland Park retail clerk, “I’d love to fly. How cool would that be?”
Very cool indeed.
So what powers would you want?

I would love to have Invisible Woman’s powers but look like Wonder Woman.

I’m torn between telekinesis and superspeed…

Does Green Lantern’s power ring count as a power? ‘Cause I’d want that hands down.

And I still think I would say Scarlet Witch’s, or maybe Big Barda’s without the scary personal history?
Ciao,
Amy, who would be happy with Wonder Woman’s powers, too, of course!
