Pohja is a veteran of the book trade having worked as a store manager and buyer for Barnes & Noble. Most recently she headed up sales and marketing for four Langenscheidt imprints including Berlitz Travel, Insight Travel Guides, Hammond World Atlases, and Langenscheidt Reference. She… will be responsible for sales of graphic novels to the book trade, mass market, libraries, wholesalers, Internet booksellers and independent bookstores.
What I want to know is, why aren’t independent bookstores part of the book trade or mass market?
