Stuart Moore and friends at Jim Hanley’s Universe Wednesday

November 13th, 2006
Author JK Parkin

Soon-to-be-former Firestorm writer Stuart Moore dropped us a note to let us know he’d be at Jim Hanley’s Universe in New York City (the shop closest to the Empire State Building), along with J. Torres and Matt Manning, to celebrate the release of his new Tokyopop title Earthlight:

What?: me signing EARTHLIGHT, my new Tokyopop global-manga graphic novel.

Where?: Jim Hanley’s Universe, 4 West 33rd St., New York, NY 10001 — around the corner from the Empire State Building.

When?: Wednesday, November 15th, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM

Who else?: J. Torres, writer of the new Degrassi graphic novel and other cool things; Matt Manning, frequent Batman Strikes! writer

What else?: I’ll also sign FIRESTORM and anything else with my name on it. And I’ll have previews of upcoming projects, including the PUNISHER X-MAS SPECIAL.

Why?: Hey, it’s Wednesday — you gotta buy your comics somewhere. Come on out!

  1. Stuart Moore Says:

Thanks, JK. I’m not quite “former” yet — one more FIRESTORM to go!

(Oh, and I accidentally pasted in the addresses of both Hanley’s stores, run together. But it’s still around the corner from the Empire State Building.)

  2. JK Parkin Says:

Thanks Stuart … I updated the post.
