‘What I need is a good defense …’

November 9th, 2006
Author Kevin Melrose

“Why hasn’t someone remixed images from Ed Brubaker and Sean Phillips’ seedy crime noir book Criminal to the music of sultry songstress Fiona Apple’s Criminal?”

I hereby officially claim to have made that joke first, but I can’t remember where. I think in the previews thing I write for Brian Hibbs’ store? But it was ME, goddammit! MEEEEE!

(And not just because I actually really like that song, either.)

    Sure, Graeme. Sure

  3. Joe Lawler Says:

As much as I love the comic book Criminal, I would rather watch the song mixed with images of Fiona Apple writhing around scantily clad. You know, the music video.

    Mmm, tasty apples!
