Hartley/Green Arrow&#039;s the best thing to happen to Smallville since Season One!  He&#039;s the star of the dang show, stealing Clark&#039;s wussy, indecisive thunder on a weekly basis! GO OLLIE!</description>

		<description>I actually thought some of the trick arrows on Smallville were pretty good ideas.  I know DC&#039;s gone out of their way to avoid the high-tech arrows of years past with Comic Book Ollie, but the occasional cool tech arrow isn&#039;t that big of a deal.  Yeah, it can easily become a gimmicky crutch...but so can the moritorium on tech arrows.</description>
