I know DC's gone out of their way to avoid the high-tech arrows of years past with Comic Book Ollie, but the occasional cool tech arrow isn't that big of a deal. Yeah, it can easily become a gimmicky crutch...but so can the moritorium on tech arrows. I actually thought some of the trick arrows on Smallville were pretty good ideas.
