UK’s Metro reports that DJs/producers Beatfreakz are clashing with DC Comics and Time Warner over the cover for the group’s new single, Superfreak, which features a logo much like Superman’s.

According to the newspaper, lawyers for Time Warner have written Beatfreakz’s label, Ministry of Sound, warning that the CD’s logo is too similar to the Man of Steel’s, and insisting that all copies of the single be returned and the emblem removed from promotional materials.

There was no comment from DC or parent company Time Warner.
