… or at least not one that’s been reported yet. David Kemper, the executive producer of FarScape, has been keeping busy since the popular Sci Fi Network show went off the air. In addition to working on a bunch of movies for the same network that canned one of the greatest shows ever, he also has a comic book adaptation in the works:
There is also a series in development from Kemper, says Macaione, described as a high-concept, post-apocalyptic take on Xena, based on a comic book featuring a strong female lead.
Macaione says three cable networks have expressed interest, though D’Amato could not confirm that Sci Fi was one of them.
So what’s the comic? They don’t say. Any guesses?

Uh, not your mistake (they said it at B&C which you link too), but Rockne S. O’Bannon created Farscape. Kemper was exec producer on the show. See http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0187636/

Bambi and Her Pink Gun?
Just in case I’m wrong, you should all go out and buy the books. Think HARD BOILED via GROO only without the morality. The pages here don’t do the production values (coloured paper, coloured inks, etc.) justice, though.
