Look at him! Never before has Spider-Man been so… cute. According to ICv2, this is what Hasbro’s first product from their new deal with Marvel looks like: A Friendly, Neighborhood, Cuddly Li’l Spidey.
I’m hoping that this is an omen for things to come in the post-Civil War Marvel Universe, myself: The Incorrigable Iron Man! The Uncannily Huggable X-Men! Captain Ameriwub!
Okay, that last one was stretching.

My lord.

Does he come with a detachable eye? Or are consumers expected to make that modification on their own?

I saw this at Target last weekend. When you press a button on one foot, he sings the theme song from the 1960s Spider-Man cartoon in a little kid’s voice. When you press the button on the other foot, he sings “Itsy Bitsy Spider.”

There are many things about which I would joke. A singing, dancing, plush, cute-as-a-button baby Spider-Man is not one of them.

I want em to come out with the lil nightcrawler, like the one they had in kitty’s fairy tale…that would be kinda cool..ehh, maybe not, but it just be a cool gag gift for a comics fan

No doubt, that is cute and cuddly! But don’t you think spiderman should be tough? Not cute and cuddly?

Oh, I have grandchildren I can buy these for. Honest! Not for me. No way!
