In a thread on The Engine, Warren Ellis updates on how his search for webcomics for his new Rocket Pirates site is going:
I’m half blind.
And at least a third of them seem to be zombie comics.
Other things of note: Despite Warren’s initial request, the submissions still seem to be overwhelmingly from male creators, and there are hundreds of them (Anything that starts “Only another 400 submissions to look at” suggests that there were quite a few submissions to begin with…). Submissions are going to be accepted for an indefinite period of time, and it’s apparently difficult to letter with a vagina.
