I’m slightly embarrassed that when I read the headline to this article — “Latvian kids’ charity night a huge success” — I momentarily thought it was about Doctor Doom’s homeland. Which wouldn’t make any sense, really. But then I remembered Latvia is a real country (and quite a bit north of the fictional Latveria).
