I’d forgotten about the Spike Scream Awards until yesterday, when I saw this press release about the nomination of Dynamite Entertainment’s Army of Darkness. Apparently, the nominees were announced during Comic-Con but, well, I missed them.
Comic-related topics make up about a third of the categories, with headings like “Best Superhero,” “Best Comic Book,” “Best Comic Book Writer,” “Best Comic Book Artist,” “Most Shocking Comic Book Twist” and, um, “Best Rack on the Rack.”
Yes, “Best Rack on the Rack,” with nominees Emma Frost, Lady Death, Power Girl, Vampirella and Wonder Woman. I’ll leave it at that.

Oh, and none of those twists nominated were all that shocking, particularly the Batwoman one. Considering it’s one of the first things in and out of story anyone learns about her, it’s kind of like, “Batman: he’s actually RICH!” or “Black Lightning. He’s actually BLACK!”

My vote for “favorite fictional breasts” would have to go to Power Girl. Runners up would be the triple-breasted whore from Total Recall, and the chick from Saved by the Bell who got the implants.
