To be eligible for the scholarship you have to apply to the school which includes a non-refundable $50 application fee, and the scholarship is only for the 2007 term (it can't be applied to a later year). You also need to be sponsered by a Diamond retailer. I had never heard of the CCS before. It seems like a nice program. It's expensive, but it looks like it would be worth for a serious cartoonist (and still cheaper than art school). I heard about this last week and I checked the fine print.
