Are you saying I stole the idea for this feature from you? Because I’m looking at your blog right now, and I’m not seeing anything similar.

If you’re talking about the name, I started doing “Can’t Wait for Wednesday” back when we were The Great Curve. The first one came out the first week of January, a whole month before your site was even launched, based on your archives.

So nope, I’ve never heard of you guys, and I certainly didn’t swipe anything from you. Thanks for playing.

Really looking forward to Detective Comics #822. Paul Dini’s first issue was superb – probably the best issue of Detective I’ve read in a long while. Also, JH Williams art has never been better.

Lucas Siegel’s Pick of the Week
Y: The Last Man #48, when I’m done reading this book, it will mean I only have one year’s worth of Y stories left. This is very bittersweet to me. I’m excited to finally find out who caused the plague, get some answers and some closure to the story of Ampersand and his pet human Yorick, but damn will I be sad to see it go. Luckily, I’ve got a baker’s dozen worth of issues left, and every one of them will be top of the stack for me, as it has been month in and month out since I discovered it a few years ago.
