J. Jonah wants more Spidey
In an interview with TV Guide, J.K. Simmons, aka Spider-Man 3’s J. Jonah Jameson, says he’s up for more Spider-man movies:
TVGuide.com: Was there any talk of Spider-Man 4 on the set?
Simmons: Yeah, it got mentioned. In fact, the last couple of days I shot was at the very end of the schedule — we were doing some night-action scenes in New York — and [director] Sam [Raimi] was talking about it. It’s not a done deal because everybody’s deals, including Sam Raimi’s and all the actors’, were for three pictures. But he’s certainly open to doing more.
He also talks about Spider-Man 3 being darker than the previous films and his work on the TNT show The Closer.
I Say Thee Nay!
Cinematical reports on a proposed remake of Adventures in Babysitting, with Raven Simone (The Cosby Show, That’s So Raven) starring in the lead role. Maybe this is the rumored Thor comeback we’ve been hearing so much about these past few months … ?
