Marvel announced yesterday in their solicits and via press release that Howard Chaykin (Hawkgirl, American Flagg!) will draw the new Blade series coming later this year. Fans who think they could do better, though, have the opportunity to put their money where their mouth is …
In anticipation for the new Blade TV show, Marvel is also sponsoring a contest where aspiring artists can win a trip to the San Diego Comicon by drawing their own Blade comic book.
Visit the site to see a video from the show, which entrants then turn into a four-page comic. Deadline is June 25, so hurry up and get to work!
